Guests can stay in the main building's authentic thatched-roof rooms and enjoy a carefully selected wild boar hot pot meal in the large banquet hall, along with mountain vegetable dishes.
When you hear the word "venison," you might imagine the unique gamey flavor of wild animal meat, but the meat of boars that have roamed the mountains and fields is lean with a light, mild flavor centered around its lean red meat.
Low in fat and high in protein, wild boar meat is rich in vitamins and minerals, making it a recommended choice for those concerned about health and beauty.

Drink
There are various kinds of local sake "Kisho" from Akigawa.
The innkeeper of Kabuto-ya recommends fine sake from all over Japan.
There is Kirin beer's craft beer, Braumeister, made with 100% malt and 100% hops called Heartland Beer, which is not advertised.

Reservations
The guest rooms in the new building are all two connecting rooms with an irori hearth in each room.
Rooms with irori hearth and bath (DX/SD/A/B) cannot be used by children (elementary school age and above).
During the year-end and New Year period (December 29th to January 5th), there will be an additional charge of 2,000 yen per person to the seasonal rate.
We accept reservations for a minimum of 2 guests.We accept reservations starting from the same date 3 months prior to the reservation date.
The cancellation fee is free up to 8 days before the scheduled stay date.From 7 days before to 2 days before, a 30% fee will be charged. The day before, a 70% fee will be charged. On the day of the reservation, the full amount will be charged.
With the exception of peak season and holidays, we are closed every Thursday.
